How are the coaching sessions delivered?
No need to worry about driving or dressing up. Coaching sessions are conducted over the phone, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home. Each session lasts an hour and is held weekly (unless other arrangements are made). As my client, I want you to feel like you’re making a valuable investment in your healing journey, not just a purchase.
